Both Michael Davies and David Hackett have been DBS checked.

Michael and David have gained First Aid for Sport & Exercise accreditation.

Jacky has her own classes at North Harrow Methodist Church

Classes are on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30pm.

She covers Yang Long Form,FanForm,Ruler Form and Qigong.
