Classes are on Saturday mornings from 10.00 to 11.00 hours.
Due to major building work being carried out at The Centre during 2019/20, we have had to move venues - see below.
2. Rickmansworth Golf Course - Aerobic Studio
Address: Moor Lane, Rickmansworth. WD3 1QL.
Classes are on Thursday mornngs from 11.00 to 12.00 hours.
3. Bromet Primary School
Address: Oxhey Road, Watford. WD19 4SG
Classes are on Thursday evening from 19.30 to 20.30 hours.
Private classes available during the day Mon to Fri for, small groups or 1 to 1 sessions.
